Making freshwater from seawater or ultra-filtration of freshwater

The core function to any successful reverse osmosis application is the components used in building the unit. Case Marine & Industrial combines the high standards of quality and experience with the components and designs of General Electric Water Technologies to create a solution that yields high production and lower maintenance costs.

The Case Marine & Industrial Difference:

  • Using patented high pressure pumps that use much lower power consumption than the standard piston pumps

  • Only the highest quality membrane units with efficiency criteria that exceeds the industry standard

  • The best quality stainless steel is applied to our installation to ensure long term reliability and serviceability

Case Marine & Industrial can offer standard and custom watermakers to meet the customer needs. We also use our experience to retrofit existing installations for upgrading of capacity or to increase reliability.

Making ultra pure freshwater from seawater Customers who have the ability to use heat from an engine or steam from a boiler that is being manufactured as a byproduct (i.e. engine cooling water or bleed steam returning to the condenser) or the application requires water quality that must meet ultra pure standards should think “evaporator”. Making water that is 2 ppm purity and below is essential to steam plant applications and Case Marine & Industrial has over 15 years of experience in engineering, installation and service to new and existing units. Field service and support is essential to proper operation to these machines due to their seawater application. Case Marine & Industrial specializes in the repair, retubing and copper nickel welding of existing watermakers.
